This will cover 2 inspections per year (AC Check & Heater Check). If the covered system fails to operate properly during this agreement, Air by Hahn, Inc. will provide emergency services. The labor will be charged at current rates but parts needed will be discounted 10%.
The filter will be washed with detergent if applicable or replaced if customer has a replacement at the time of service. We will provide a filter at the customer expense with no charge for labor at the time of service.
Inspect unit for proper refrigerant level and adjust if necessary
Clean dirt, leaves and debris from inside cabinet
Inspect base pan for restricted drain openings—remove obstructions as necessary
Inspect coil and cabinet—clean

Put ant repellent in electrical box to ants out & your unit running all summer long
Inspect fan motor and fan blades for wear and damage—on older models lubricate as needed
Pull and clean blower assembly (includes blower housing, blower wheel and motor)
Flushing the drain line out
Check combustion blower housing for lint and debris and clean as necessary
Inspect & clean evaporator coil, drain pan and condensate drain lines.
Inspect for gas leaks in gas furnaces
Inspect & clean burners & burner chamber
Inspect control box, associated controls, wiring and connections
Return air compartment and all safety checks on service invoice
